    BART is working on a regional rail plan and has a series of meetings to get rider input. Of course we want bikes to belong in any transportation plan. Like it's just silly that I can't take my bike into or out of the downtown Oakland stations. Jeez Louise.

    well they take online feedback from all of us??........show outside support for cyclists in the community?
