    Three Cheers for Kacie!

She's finished her third Ironman this year!

For some reason the athlete tracker wasn't updating for me and I was getting a bit worried that something had happened on the bike. I think she had some AWESOME times too! Really looking forward to her race report.

    Kacie and George,

Been sending you postive thoughts all day (really all week). In my times of being down, I've been thinking about you preparing and having fun in Cosumel. I was not able to track you today. Hope things went well for both of you. DH even asked about you and how you were doing.

Looking forward to your awsome report.

    You ROCK!

Wow, Kacie! Great job! And thanks for sharing such a detailed and fun race report. Once again, you make me actually consider signing up for an IM! (then I come to my senses, of course!).

    Congrats on a successful season!!

    Kacie-

I love your race reports - you are amazing!!

As much as I want to race, I have to wait for PT approval before I can even start running again

Just read the race report and am totally in awe. I'm SO glad that dog didn't take you out. Congrats on yet another amazing accomplishment.

The tracker was bananas, but it was exciting watching the run, when it was finally reliable. Awesome work!

    Thanks SO much!

Yes, I heard the tracker was crazy and family was worried about me on the bike!

I have taked 4 days off this week, which I have not done before. I have enjoyed LOTS of food and a few glasses of wine

All of your support has been really wonderful along the way, really.

I am meeting with my coach this weekend, because I am going to attempt a double Ironman in February. I am pretty nervous about it, even though I feel amazing right now. Still pretty scared. As soon as I get into the training, I think I'll be fine, but I am feeling quite intimidated at the moment!
