Had a mammogram today as a three month follow up to the mastectomy, plus it was also time for my annual mammogram. Everything came back clear so the oncologist/surgeon doesn't want to see me for a year unless something changes. Such a relief.!
Second good news event is that I also managed to jog three miles in 38 minutes yesterday. Goes to show that I can do this thing in November. Was thinking that I had been absolutely insane to even attempt it as an arthritic 63 year old with no cartiledge (spelling) and a missing ACL in one leg. Am definitely feeling somewhat redeemed.marnimarni
