...a bit of a spur of the moment purchase...
...a new bike for general and especially winter use so that I don't have to subject by beloved Bob Jackson to the worst the winter can throw at it.
My 'dumpster special' ancient Scott mtb is getting well past it now and has always been a bit on the small side for longer rides and anything but the slowest training so I just bought myself a new Scott hybrid.
Bought if from the bike shop vitually around the corner from my house ( I am spoilt for bike shops here) They threw in a set of full mudguards and swapped the saddle for a ladies Scott Contessa. The red Topeak bottle cages are my own whim lol.
