    Leg warmers that block wind?

I'm looking for a pair of leg warmers that also block most/all wind. Gore's are super expensive, but I've seen some cheaper ones, such as Capo's Tomba Roubaix Leg Warmer. I can't find any reviews on these, however. Does anyone have experience with them or have another one they would recommend?

Link is for knee warmers, but leg and arm are also available.
    DH has these. Loves 'em.
