On the bike again...

After a several year hiatus...

I recently purchased a used bike from a friend that has been stored for about 16 years, a Trek 330. I haven't ridden anything with two wheels beside my motorcycle in about four years, so the first ride on it was rather comical. Not sure what's pocessed me to do this, but I like that this forum is still here, and that there are some great people and advice. God knows I need anything, lol. And shockingly, the bike is nearly like my old old racer I used to have back when I was a kid.

My first goal? I have a month to prepare myself for a breast cancer fundraiser ride. 10 miles, because the higher distances scare me right now (I was rusty-er than I thought), but I'm just looking forward to being self propelled again, getting a bit more healthy, and raising funds for a personal cause.
