Thom really doesn't want anything for Christmas this year. He did after all get a grand piano last March.![]()
So, I'm a getting him a picture frame made out of a bike chain and I want to put a picture from one of our trips in it. I just can't decide which one. If it were for me, I'd pick the one of the two of us in the Azores. But he prefers more artistic or action shots.
So here are the choices.
1.
2.
3. http://www.tandemhearts.com/bryce-n-...reambed-2.html
I think this folder got protected so I can't copy from it. But the link should take you there.![]()
4.
5.
I don't promise to go with the winner. But it interests me to hear what other people think makes a good photo.
Thanks,
Veronica

#s 3 and 4 are gread pics of you - but didn't you want something shared? are there more of the two of you?
It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.

I like the first one but that's because I'm a romantic and my ancestors are from the Azores.![]()
What great photos. It was hard to choose. For me it got narrowed to 1 or 4, but I went with 4 after much thought. You look like you're working hard, carrying your bike uphill, but you're still smiling. Ahhh, the spirit of those bitten by the bug!
Unfortunately it's hard to get pictures of us together and they're always posed. Here we are in a cool place...Originally Posted by alpinerabbit

here's another reason why I picked #4. If I were picking a photo for my hubby, I know I would want to be as I understand he sees me at times. Does that make sense?

They are all great. It was tough between 3,4, & 5. The great smile in 4 won me over. But I did like 3 & 5.
I voted number three - it made me want to go out and ride my bike. It would be nice to give him one of the two of you though...

it's a toss up between #1 and #4, #4's smile is great and looks like you are having fun. #1 has a great view. I would figure out where this picture will end up, ( not sure of his job- if he has an office or not) or will the picture end up on the fireplace mantle. Put #4 for his workplace, if able, and save #1 for the home collection. #4 would be the winner I think if I had to narrow it down in a pinch..Enjoy either way..shelly
I have voted for #4. Because of the smile. But #5 is a great action shot. But not a desk shot, more like a wall picture.
They're all so good! I love the scenery in #1, but you look so great in #4. That's my choice.

I'm going against the majority here:
For an artistic shot - I like #2. I liked this one as soon as I saw it. It's a nice dreamy pic. This is a very personal photo and therefore makes a nice gift.
For an action shot - I like #5. But, it's more professional, less personal.
why not both?
in a double frame, especially the #2/#5 combo because one is vert and the other horizontal .... could be interesting.

I voted for 4--what a great smile, and you look so 'tough', in a good way, like you are kicking butt and loving it.
I ride, therefore I am.
