    What's your favorite wetsuit?

I'm seriously considering getting a new wetsuit for a race at the end of September. My old TNT Orca suit is about five years old, and it never really did fit well.

I'm probably looking for a full suit, although I'm open to sleeveless. What I'm really looking for is something that fits great and allows me to have decent arm movement, and will hopefully last a while.

I'm more concerned with comfort and quality than the best *performing* suit.

    Any suggestions?

I think it's going to depend on your body shape/type. I bought an Xterra Vortex suit online for my first season because I got a great deal on it. Luckily, it fit me really well. When year two rolled around and I was 25 lbs thinner, I needed a new one. I bought the same brand but upgraded to the Vector PRO X2. (I like sleeveless because I overheat easily) The Vector PRO is awesome! It's easy to see why it's more expensive if you put them side by side. It's way more flexible, way more articulated around my joints and curves, it actually weighs less even though they are both 5mm suits and it's clearly a better quality suit. The Vortex was just fine, but this Vector is awesome. It didn't make me any faster though.

That said, I got lucky on fit. If you can find a place to do it, I'd suggest trying them on to find the one that best works for you.

Xterra is great. Good prices too and I've been using one for two years now.
