My first HIM is next Sunday and I am halfway into taper and probably have too much time to think :-)

The thoughts that keep going thru my mind - did I do enough long rides/runs/bricks...am I ready.

I know I need to trust my training but that doesn't mean I can stop my mind from going into overdrive.

Also found out this week I am wave 3 (of 18) right after the Pro Women but 5 minutes before the 24 and under men, being a slow swimmer this makes me real nervous. Hope I don't get run over

I have nothing constructive to add, but for some reason my mind read this as "tapeworm jitters". I wonder what this says about me.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

    Thanks - Love that picture!

Pre-rode the bike course on Sat. it was a great ride so feeling good after the ride. Still wondering if my run pace is realistic.

Feeling much better. After the ride on Sat. had a good run on Sunday. Weather looks great for the race (mid-70's) and I feel ready!

    Thanks!
