OMG, those peanut butter babies look like the no bake "cookies" my mom used to make when I was little. She'd roll them in carob powder (doesn't that date me?!). I'm going to make those!

Last night I had a friend over and we made natural, energy-packed treats!
We made:
Snickerdoodle Babies
and Peanut Butter Babies
They kinda look gross, but they are mildly sweet and great for taking on long hikes and mountain bike rides. I store them in the fridge.
We also made homemade granola bars. Unfortunately they didn't set as well as I hoped. But I think that's because I had too many nuts to rice cereal ratio. I'll have to do a little experimenting with this one. But they are darn delicious! I ended up with about 2/3 bars and 1/3 of the recipe will be used as homemade "granola."
