A little song about my personal best

    To disable ads, please log-in.

to the tune of "Happy Birthday"....

    I rode sixteen miles,
    I rode sixteen miles,
I am the Queen of Everything,
    I rode sixteen miles!"

Yesss! up from my best of 13, all by myself, on a very windy day. I was the only bike out there. I may not be fast, but I'm RELENTLESS!!!

Poor forum friends, on the day I do my century, there'll be an epic poem at the very least!

latelate- well done. I can feel that century getting closer.

Yippee! We all must celebrate each time we push ourselves a little farther, a little faster. Thanks for continuing to inspire me!

    and the fans go WILDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"

Way to go Latelate, such a great feeling to "thrash" yourself and better your personal best...

    Well impressed

Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying,
    "I will try again tomorrow".
