Curious if anyone has used Chia or Iskiate (brand) as a performance drink. Wingfoot Iskiate is one of the sponsors of the clinic i am attending next month and am curious about it. I don't have much budget for experiments however and curious if anyone here has experience with it. www.chiastuff.com. It appears interesting as a good nutritional source for endurance and is reported to assist in hydration which seems a boon in hut/muggy midwest summers...
