How much do you want to spend? How much does he ride?
My high-maintenance husband only wants ASSOS between him and his saddle--but he does several centuries a summer(He's normally a jean and t-shirt guy. I remember when he wouldn't be caught dead in bicycle shorts! Go figure) He also likes Velor bibs.
