Looking for quality dirt road/cross frameset with 50-52 cm effective top tube and with low standover (73 cm or less), 74ish seat tube angle for my wife. 700c or 26" wheels OK. Canti brake mounts preferred, but might consider disk.

Must be able to accommodate larger tire (35 mm) and fenders.

Frameset preferred but will also consider complete bike.

Would like something a little lighter than the Soma/Surly offerings on the market.
