My local public radio statio doesn't carry WNYC's show Radiolab. Every so often, they'll run the show on, say, a holiday. Every time I listen, I'm riveted, and then sadly forget to go online and listen directly. Today, I read an article in today's New York Times Magazine that reminded me, yet again, how much I love the show. So, I've spent the afternoon and evening catching up on some past episodes. It's ostensibly a science show, but the manner in which they tell the story and explore a given subject makes it far more accessible to the average person. The show is also wonderfully creative. If you've never listened, I recommend it highly.
My favorite today was a segment called Finding Emilie in an episode called Lost and Found. Bring a tissue; it's very touching.

Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.
