FS: Spinervals VHS tapes and some DVDs

$5 for as many or as few as you want. Basically, I'm asking you to cover shipping.

My VHS tape player died, so I'm replacing the Spinervals tapes that I have with DVDs. Here are the ones I have to sell:

1.0 Ride Strong - one of the easiest work outs. I use it for recovery
2.0 Time Trial Special - 1 hour long
3.0 Suffer-O-Rama - name speaks for itself
6.0 Zoot Challenge - very tough 45 minutes
7.0 Uphill Grind - one of my favorites. Quite the workout
12.0 Recharge - another recovery tape

The front cover of the box has been cut off. Spinervals will sell you the replacement DVD at half price if you send them the box top. But the tapes are in good condition and each tape has the name of the workout on it.

The DVDs I have for sale are:

Endurance Films Ride the Rockies. It's a one hour virtual ride. I'm selling it because I just didn't care for it.

Optimum Fitness Pedaling Technique. This is a Spinerval's style DVD. I'm selling it because, once again, I just didn't like it.

Go Swim Freestyle with Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen. This is a pretty good freestyle technique DVD. I'm selling it because I'm not allowed to swim anymore and it's making me crazy sitting in my training DVDs.

Do you still have any of the Spinervals VHS tapes for sale? I'd buy the 1.0, 6.0 and 12.0 if you still have them.
