FS: NIB Lake MXZ302 Winter Boots - 43

Size 43 euro, women's 10ish. Brand new, tags on, in the box Lake Winter cycling shoes. Highly rated and very WARM. Long story short I got the wrong size and can't return. I did get them in my size and they are superb. These are the newest model - winter 2010/2011. $210 shipped to lower 48.

Retail is $270, cheapest online (and in stock!) is $223+shipping. All the info here: http://www.veltecsportsusa.com/defau...Z302_11&clr=BK

Sizing is like Sidi -- I usually wear a 42 in most brands, but wear a 43 in Sidi. These 43s fit me nicely with a thin wool sock or medium-weight bike sock, but I get cold feet and wanted to wear with liner & heavier sock so I got 44s.

Oh - if only you could shrink these a size. Someone will be lucky to snap these up

Blueberry - if you're really within a size, think about it!!

Here's the thing -- these are a medium width and NOT a sloppy fit at all. The Boa lacing system gets them as snug as you want them...so with a nice thick sock, you may very well be in good shape!! So for example if one wore a 42 or even 41 Sidi, these could work really well with a good winter wool sock and/or medium weight sock w/ liner. I wear a 43 Sidi, and got the 44s in this, and honestly could get away with a 45 in the Lakes if I wanted to go to my Smartwool mountaineer weight socks...

I wear a 41.5 in a Sidi - and that's sized up to deal with some toe/pedaling issues. So - I think they'd be too big I have heard such good things, though.

ETA: In "real" shoes, I wear an 8.5 to 9....

Makes sense. If you have a chance to try in an LBS though, definitely check 'em out sometime. I'm really impressed with them...
