I need a little advice on putting together an exercise routine. I'm looking mainly for variety, since I have the attention span of a goldfish. I'm thinking of warming up with a brisk walk, then spending 15-20 minutes on the trainer (at least, for now) and some WiiFit yoga or something.

What I'm not sure is how to incorporate weights or intervals and a rest day in that. Thoughts? I've got some 2-8 lb weights lying around (they're my parents', but I can borrow them).
