Size 52-53cm "road sport"/ touring geometry. Has eyelets for fenders or rear rack. Would be ok as 650B conversion, may need shorter cranks in that case (depending on your riding style and the tires you switch to.)

Completely rebuilt and refurbished.

Bars, grips, and brake levers are new.
