Light exposure and circadian rhythms is something I've believed VERY strongly in for a long time, so I'm gratified to see the research coming around to my point of view.

I know most people aren't fortunate enough to either live or work where they can have healthy exposure to light. But just maybe, the more links are found between artificial light and poor health, insurance dictates will directly or indirectly make more sunlight available to more people. I can only hope.
