Roughingit - I can understand your enthusiasm for a good buy. A couple of weeks ago I walked into REI and they had a rack of cycling gear on sale. I did not expect to find anything but the first thing I pick up is a PI Accelerator top for $25 it was originally $100 and it fitted.
I was so pleased I couldnt stop bringing it up in conversation. Bargains seem few and far between so who can blame us for being excited.
The most effective way to do it, is to do it.
