Thank goodness for recumbent exercise bikes

I've had a really stressful, energy sapping, junk-food eating kind of week (and its only Tuesday). I keep thinking if I could go for a ride or do something I'd feel better. But I haven't had the energy to put on cycling clothes.

My parents gave us an old recumbent exercise bike they had collecting dust in their basement.

I sat on it, put on a movie and spun my legs for 90 minutes. Slow. But it felt good and I feel better for it.

I'll get back on my real bike soon enough

I know I'm addicted to Facebook when I try to "like" your post.

I had a week like that last week- all the bad food just jumped down my throat.
I do like your post, tho. Glad you got some riding in- in the comfort of your clothes in your house with the tv on. As much as I miss riding outside in winter, I find it a good excuse to watch movies/tv I'd normally not sit down to watch. Any spinning is good spinning.

BTW, what movie did you spin to?
