    That's pretty cool. No brakes, though. (Okay, I know that in order to accomplish that bendiness, the required amount of slack in the brake cables would render them totally useless, but still....)

    Can't blow up the picture, but gotta assume it's a fixie.

    I don't know why it couldn't have brakes though. The rear brake cable housing on a "normal" bike is flexible, it's only the frame that keeps it from bending. You'd have to anchor the ends a little better than they usually are, is all (or conversely, make them slip a little more). As far as the front brake - nothing different there at all.
