Hi,

I'm based in Portland, and my girl friend is in Corvallis, so it is not easy for me to ride with her.

We are looking for a preferably mature female riding partner.

My girl friend is a complete newbie and needs help with things like proper cadence, selecting appropriate gears, defensive riding, some arm twisting to wear dorky reflective vest, encouragement to gain confidence to do left turns, I'm sure you have all been there in the past.

Anyway, she is 32, and riding a pretty cheap mountain bike, with hopes of graduating onto a road bike.

Any suggestions or offers of help greatly appreciated.
