That makes me want a helmet cam Fredwina! Way cool.

I did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL 30 mile ride up Big Cottonwood Canyon with my brother in law, and his father in law this morning. It was a perfect morning to be riding a bike.

Took my first ride with my super-grannyfied cassette and its crazy derailleur sidekick!

Spin-spin-spin all the way up the hills now!

Just a shorty. Up the hill to the U then to Sugarhouse Park and back.

Brewer said he'd never seen me ride 'like that.'

    Fantastic video Fredwina!

I did some great riding this weekend. 60 miles with LBS on Sat and 31 mile recovery ride with friends yesterday. Life is good!

20 mile ride down to Squaw Valley and back. My SO had just come back from 10 days at sea level, so we did an easy ride. I'm having some problems with my chain skipping, so I'm glad it was just a short ride.

    Fredwina, great video.

I was on the crowded and narrow Brooklyn Bridge walkway when a pedestrian lost control of his cash. The wind blew his folding money to a spot directly in front of my wheel, and he dived for it. I didn't see how much money it was, but it was enough that he was willing to risk getting hit by a bike.

I also enjoyed riding through a big sprinkler set up for kids. It wasn't crowded and I wasn't bothering any kids, so I did leisurely circles around it. Felt so good on a hot day.
