The odometer clicked over 1k this Saturday during the middle of a 60-mile ride. Since I only got my bike and started riding in February....hell yes! I am proud!
Hence, the big grin. Thanks, all of you, for the great encouragement, support and tips.

and the Fans Go Wild!! Goodonya girl!! That is Soooo awesome!! It doesn't even matter when you got the bike, seeing that "1,000" click over is just sweeet beyond measure. BUT, the fact that you've had the bike 6 mnths (?) is pretty amazing!! You Go Girl!Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
