These are the black size small ones with the velcro tabs.
The web site says small is waist size 27" and size 2-4. The back of the waistband is elasticized, and the fabric is a bit stretchy, so there is some give, easily 1", but not quite 3".

Of course the top of these pants does not sit at your natural waist! The actual measurement, fastened and unstretched is about 28". The crotch depth (from the front button to the back belt loop) is tricky to measure because of the padding, but it is about 22".

Inseam is 20".

this is a steal! these are my favorite knickers (I just bought a pair of mediums) they fit wonderfully, are outfitted wonderfully, and I had to pay twice as much~!
