I ran the Indy mini this morning, It was great. I just bought the ticket off a friend a week ago, so I was totally unprepared. I thought I would run 4 miles then run 3 minutes walk a minute. I ended up running 9 miles before switching to the run/walk. I totally rock!

    Hey, I did it, too!

Great job running so much of it. I ran most of it and had a PR of 2:37:54. Somebody threw away the garbage bag they were using as a coat and it wrapped around my feet so I fell and skinned my knees just a quarter mile from the start. Still managed to keep going and have a good run.

But this is it for distance running for me--no more half marathons. 10K is my limit.

Yay! Way to go you two!

I'd kind of like to do that one ... I've run on Daytona Speedway three times, would like to add the Brickyard to that list.

Sorry about your trip divingbiker ... those garbage bags can be treacherous.

All Right! Great Job! I was there too among the 35,000 other runners!

Great job, everyone! The part on the speedway sounds a little brutal, especially in the middle of the run.

    Congrats!
