    long-armed newbie can't find a cycling windbreaker

I hope this isn't a stupid question but I'm struggling to find a lightweight windproof cycling jacket with arms long enough for me. Will it completely defeat the purpose if the sleeves ride up slightly? Just getting frustrated and wondering if I can make do with my most recent purchase or need to ship it back. I've already tried PI, Sugoi and Shebeest. Just got a Descente jacket that I really like but the arms and body are super short on me...and I have an extremely short torso

Cycling jackets ARE intended to have extra long sleeves right? Any recs for a lightweight wind barrier? Thanks!

I have long arms and big shoulders - Men's jackets fit me fine.

Hmm maybe I should try men's...I typically need an XS already so wasn't sure if they would run small enough but I will give it a try. I do have pretty broad shoulders for my frame. Thanks!

I second the recommendation for men's jackets. Not only will you get longer sleeves but bigger pockets as well.

Pricey, but I found the Gore to be long in the arm, yet short in the torso.

Did you try the Shebeest Cascade jacket? I just got one, and it's a bit too long in the sleeves despite the fact that I have long arms and broad shoulders.

Unfortunately Team Estrogen doesn't carry it, but I was able to get it from my LBS. It also comes in yellow.

I like the look of the Gore jackets but haven't found anything super lightweight and just for wind...but I'll keep browsing, thanks for the rec!

That Shebeest is exactly what I'm looking for. Since the other Shebeest I tried was too short in the arms, I'm going to see if I can find it locally first, thanks!!
