New advocacy group founded by a bunch of folks including Tom Rinker of The Bicycle Escape: Frederick Bicycle Coalition. Roger told me about it a couple months ago so they've been working on it for a while, but they just got their website up. Not much info yet, but I expect it will grow fairly quickly. Been ok, thanks, though winter was rough. Finally back out on the bike with a bunch of new components and beautiful weather, so things are looking up!

February was really rough so I feel like I'm really behind getting ready for my first triathlon.

105 shifters, 11-28 cassette and black rear der, new pedals, nifty new camo bar tape. New cranks/chainrings and wheels are still on the list as $$ become available.
