Well, hopefully you'll see my latest posting about bike cosy. I really had to consult the dictionary for 'cosy' and decided to prefer the British spelling. (Canadian spelling leans on British or Oxford English dictionary.)

Please let me know if you see the latest list of blog entries when you click above link. I hope you do. I'm experiencing problems that even wordpress techie folks have not been able to help. For me, when I often start up, it defaults to the ABOUT page which it shouldn't.

This link from a different artist, I could not put in the blog article for our business website. So for TE here. There is a somewhat sexy, 10-sec. shot in the running video of her artwork. But she has produced a wonderful cosy though! Really her web address is a bit misleading.

The site opened instantly. And I agree, the bike looked like it had a mud bath. If you're going to spend all that time knitting a bike cosy, you might as well make it in fun colors instead of drab tan.

What the? The bike looks like it's covered in wet papier mache! Why would anyone take a perfectly nice bike and do this to it??

I must admit, I do like the stars-n-stripes bike cover (I can't bring myself to call it a cosy!). It goes well with the Wonder Woman getup.

Ah, but art doesn't always have to be about pleasant-looking things / concepts. Guess a mountain biker would appreciate it.

Am simply impressed by the concept of just knitting sections, to fit a bike frame. It takes alot of measuring, counting the purl stitches, etc. I could try to design a simple sewn garmet by drafting the pattern pieces, etc....but never freehand knit like that.

Maybe the next step is crocheting and tatting redux.
