... a friend of mine just informed me she had an early stage breast tumor removed - at 35 - after she just wasn't able to ignore the pain any longer when running, and went to the doctor.
So running is a potential life-saver in this case.It's a little secret you didn't know about us women. We're all closet Visigoths.
