    Autumn Rides! :-D

    To disable ads, please log-in.

Fall has some of the best weather, in my opinion, and some great rides too! I am signed up for four fantastic local rides. I hope to see some of you out there too.

September 20th we have the 2nd annual Cycle the Wave (Women Against Violence Everywhere) in Issaquah, September 27th The Headwater Century in Enumclaw, October 4th The Kitsap Color Classic and finally on October 10th The Harvest Century in Hillsboro, Oregon!

Let me know if I should keep my peepers on the look out for you! It's going to be a great FALL for riding!

I think a few of us are also doing Cycle the Wave, and MM_QFC is going to meet up with us at the finish . . . which route are you doing? I'm signed up for Middle Sister.

Cycle the Wave sounds great! I wish I could do that one. Maybe next year...

I'm doing Tour de Lab tomorrow (30-ish miles in Portland). I might do the Harvest Century, depending on how the schedule works out. I'll check in here when it gets closer and we can chat if it looks like I can do it.

If anyone is riding the 75 or 100 mile option on the Harvest Century - you'll be riding right past our house.

Last year, we were painting it during the ride and longing to join all the cyclists we saw going by!

GLC1968 I'm riding the 75 mile route. Are you going to ride in the Harvest Century this year? No house to paint so no excuse not to!

I'm a petite Asian woman on a black'n'gold Rodriguez. And I usually wear a screaming yellow PI vest over whatever jersey I happen to have on.

I will keep a look out for all you guys! I'll be riding my black with gold lettering Specialized Ruby Expert with white seat and handlebar tape. I don't know what jersey I'll be wearing yet. The weather looks like it will be fantastic too!
