    New bike makes it home!

Well, its not new...an 80 or 90's Bianchi. My partner and I refurbished it. We took a Build-a-Bike class this summer. The first bike we built they sold. Then they gave us credit toward buying a bike and all the free used parts and shop time we want. We would work on it a couple of hours each Sunday. We overhauled the headset and bottom bracket, cleaned and lubbed the wheel hubs, strung new cables and housing, adjusted the derailers, put a new chain on, as well as tires and tubes.

And of course the handle bar tape.

Its my patner's new bike, "so that I can keep up with you", as she would say. We have been on the maiden voyage and hopefully more this weekend.

The name of the bike is BubbleBee.
