    I JUST moved from Iowa City to Boulder about 6wks. ago. I still go back to the Quad Cities and Des Moines to visit family and friends. Guess I'm now an ex-midwesterner. =) hi, just the same!

    I am in Iowa City, which is still a bit of a drive. My mother is in DSM and I know she rides with a women's group there.
