I met someone this summer on a bike tour with his son who was riding a blue Redline 24" wheel Conquest cyclocross bicycle. I gave him my card because I thought it would be a great bike for my grandson. Well, my partner's daughter has since bought grandson a new bike ... and the guy contacted me that his son is ready to move up to a bigger bike and the Redline is for sale.

I know there has been some discussion of super small cyclo cross bikes so I told him I'd post on Team Estrogen to see if anyone wants to buy it. It seemed in good shape when I saw it in June. It sold originally for $650 (I think today they are closer to $800) and he's asking $400.

It would fit only the smallest riders - I think the bike is too small for me and I am 5'1/2" tall (heh, the smallest drink at Starbucks is a tall!) I ended up buying Terry's new Valkyrie in an x-small. But if you are under 5'0 (or have a child or grandchild that you'd like to see on a nice bike), PM me and I'll get you in touch with the seller.
