I guess I should call it pizza because the dough is thinner? Someone please inform me..
Here's the olive and rosemary pizza/foccacia that I made tonight. The kitchen is usually quite messy whenever I make the dough from scratch. Has onion and garlic also. Part of pan included a section without olives but in lieu of them, with sundried tomatoes. Not in photos.
Last photo, I tried a blackberry dessert pizza. Flavoured with fresh ginger root, crushed aniseed, cinnamon and grated lemon rind. Freshly grated lemon rind to any dessert pizza with baked fruit does really brighten the whole thing in taste. Drizzled with honey all over before popping in oven to bake. Sugar is not used at all.
We usually have enough for some leftovers. It freezes well also for a few weeks.
