Please keep your fingers crossed for me!!!

I have just put in an offer on a house, had a chat with the vendor yesterday who said she will accept it and take the property off the market, but there has been loads and loads of interest in it, so things could still go very pearshaped. Please, please, please keep your fingers crossed for me - I absolutely love that house, it's got my name all over it in invisible ink, and it's bang on budget!!!! If it falls through I'm going to cry!!!! :-(

    Good luck

Lots of the people who've been buying houses say that the bidding is quite competitive right now and that things often don't work out

    Nonetheless, wishing you luck!

I know, my mortgage advisor said 1 in 2 sales fall through at the moment, so I'm trying not to get my hopes up....

Wishing you the best! But if it doesn't work out, just remember that there are many other houses out there, especially now.

I had my heart set on a house last year at this time, and I got it. I wish I hadn't, though, because it needed/needs so much more work than I was led to believe by the inspection. Despite its constant drain on my energy and bank account, it's slowly coming along. By the time I'm ready to sell, it'll be a true gem. I hope.
