Anyone own a pair of Shebeest S-Pro shorts?

I think these are the shorts I want to go with, but I want an opinion on the chamois. Are they thick? They kind of look it from the pictures, and I don't want anything too thick. They look way padded from the back.

I wanted to get a pair of Triple S shorts, but I wanted something with a thicker waistband. I still have some tummy fat from the kids, and shorts with a thin waistband tend to roll down on me.

I already searched the forums and saw one mention of the S-Pro's, and I didn't see anything that mentioned the chamois. Any thoughts?

The chamois is not thick. I've had numerous saddle sores from thick chamois and even had to get rid of my old Shebeest shorts for just this reason.
I wore mine on a 44 mile ride yesterday and they were perfect.

I think you were the one I saw mention the S-Pro shorts. That's good to hear, because the chamois doesn't look too big, but then when you see the rear shot of them I thought "Whoa!" They just look very thick from the back. Thank you!
