All-inclusive biking vacation in Italy

Has anyone done an all-inclusive bike trip in Italy? My husband and I are interested in a trip like this. I have been doing research on the Internet and found several companies but it is hard to choose. I like hearing about real life experiences so if any of you have any, I would love to know about them. We are fairly strong riders and would like to ride an average of about 30-40 miles a day.

I do not recommend Len Caplan's Europe by Bike. We got HOSED by him and have the NY Atty General looking into a fraud case against him.

This year we are using ExperiencePlus! to go watch the Tour de France.
I'll let you know what I thought of them when we get back from France.

That is really good information and exactly why I posted here. It is so hard to trust some of companies on the Internet. Let me know how this trip is. It sounds great and I am really jealous!!!! Enjoy!
