    Hi all,

When I ride, after about 20 miles I start to get aching pains in my elbow and wrists. Any advice on how to fix?

I see from another post my seat tilt is probably the problem. I can't sit up right on my bike as I slide down and have to support myself on the handle bars...could be it.

Sheldon Brown's website has some good info on proper posture and possible causes of wrist pain.

sounds like it - you shouldn't be locking your elbows, as well... keep a slight bend in them... wrists at a neutral position & not bent back.
