Did a 124 mile training ride today for RAIN. Butt was ok, legs are ok. I'm so ready. And what better way to wrap up a long day in the saddle than catching some Tour coverage and having a frosty beverage?

    Life is good.

    naps

Thanks everyone. Speaking of nap, my nap went from 7pm til about 10pm. I managed to stay awake for about 20 mins before just crashing for the night. But I'm up early enough to catch Stage 2. Which my boyfriend is SO excited about all this bike racing watching (not). He'll get over it.
