FS: Terry Precision Birdsong Pop Jersey XS

    To disable ads, please log-in.

    Howdy,

I LOVE this Terry jersey---gorgeous color, sleek style---but the XS fits a teeny bit more snugly on me than I like. (My BF likes the fit on me , but what does he know??!) I've only worn it on one ride.

To give you some idea of the size: I'm 5'3", about 118lbs, small-chested.

If you're small and prefer body-hugging jerseys, this one is for you!

$28, including shipping to domestic U.S. ... PayPal only, please. ... Final sale.

The Birdsong print is the middle one in the picture below.

    Thanks!!

I would love to buy it, but it has elastic on the hem. The write up says "light elastic." What do you think about that? I like form fitting jerseys, but I find elastic rides up, as my hips, while not big by any means, just are not the proportions that manufacturers think I should have, in relation to my waist. I always wear extra small jerseys.
    Let me know.

    Hi Crankin,

    Thanks for the inquiry.

Like you, I'm not a big fan of most of the elastic hems on cycling jerseys. (One of several reasons that I like Sheila Moon's stuff....)

This "Pop" jersey is a pretty nice exception to the rule. The elastic band at the bottom is skinny and it doesn't pull in or bunch up the way many of the elasticized hems do. The jersey flares out ever so slightly at the bottom and the elastic curves along with the flare---it doesn't try to pull it in.

The jersey also isn't one of the really long styles that require you to pull the top down far over your hips to make it stay in place. I put it on just now to see where it lands and the front falls about 3" below my navel.

Does that help? Let me know if you have more questions.

I'd love it but if it's tight on you, it'd be a bit tighter on me!

I saw that print at the Terry Tent Sale & liked it but couldn't find one in my size (SM).

Hey Jane! Yes, I love it too--the color and design are super! And Craig says that the fit is what it *should* be on me. But, for better or worse, I like my short-sleeved jerseys to be a little looser than this one is.

I'm sure Craig is just looking out for any wind resistance that may happen with a larger jersey! ...or maybe it's the eye candy instead
