What would cause this?
It's happened before, it's almost like hypothermia.

Are you spinning naked again?
"How about if we all just try to follow these very simple rules of the road? Drive like the person ahead on the bike is your son/daughter. Ride like the cars are ambulances carrying your loved ones to the emergency room. This should cover everything, unless you are a complete sociopath."

could be a dehydration effect. Though I would think that for a spin class you are doing a good job of hydrating. I've only had it happen at the end of a long outdoor ride when it was really hot out.
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!
It was really hot in there tonight. I drank two bottles of water over the course of 45 minutes.
I think it has to do with core temperature regulation and my body just was losing more water through sweat and cellular respiration than I could replace.

Overheating, or hyperthermia, can be a problem with strenuous exercise or when working out in hot weather. Overheating can cause mild to life-threatening conditions. Heat exhaustion, a moderate form of hyperthermia, is characterized by the following symptoms:
* Lightheadedness, nausea, headache, hyperventilation, fatigue, and loss of concentration.
* A high temperature (above 103 F), possibly accompanied by complaints of chills and clammy skin.

Let me see if I have a spare cooldownz (http://www.amazon.com/Cool-Downz-Dow.../dp/B000HARK4W). I used 'em last summer and they helped. I just stick 'em in a bucket of ice water & put them around my neck.
I think the only pattern I haven't used has happy faces & peace signs, but it still works.
I tend to overheat and have to stop and take off my helmet every so often - let my head cool down.
