I like the postcard of the Ocean City boardwalk. Does anyone know of a type of projector light you can use to copy a picture and make a painting?

Do you want to take a photograph and make it look like a painting or do you want to make an actual painting?
I did this with Picasa but it just looks like a colorized postcard-

Nice colorized postcard you made.![]()
The only thing I can think to do would be make a copy of the photograph using slide/transparency film then project it.
