That bike is made for very small people! Looks like there would be a lot of knees bumping the arses in front of them.
Yeah, it is small. When I saw it in the shop, I assumed it was for an adult and three kids to ride.

I think Tom might be the go-to guy for out of the ordinary bicycles. From seeing photos of his new custom I can see he has an eye for classic style.
