    Soft sided travel bag?

I'm going to to travel to Michigan a lot this summer for business and want to take my bike. I'm thinking of a soft-sided travel bag to keep everything together and avoid chain grease messes. I'll have control over the bike at all times, so I don't need a hard sided case. Any suggestions on brands?

My bike shop sold me one that they make, no brand, just heavy canvas type material sewed together, I bought cheap foam and side everything with it, have traveled 3 times by air and nothing has happened, the only part I take off is the derailer (sp)...and deflate the tires.

I bought a cheap Performance one when the bike and I drove to a conference last year. It worked well for keeping everything corralled and keeping the grease out of the rental car.

I did ask my shop for some of those packing spacers that are used to protect the dropouts on boxed new bikes, and I bought a cheap eggcrate foam mattress pad that I cut up and put between each wheel and the frame.

If you're travelling by car, and will have control over the bike all the time, a soft case should work fine.
