    Chafe-free tri-wear?

I'm looking for a tri outfit that is cute -- of course! -- and also chafe-free for my girly parts. I have had bad luck with tri shorts with the built-in chamois -- ouch -- and was thinking of trying the Skirt Sports triBikini bottom and then pulling a skort over them for the bike/run. Compounding things is the fact that I need at least 4" over the thighs to avoid chafe-age there. Any thoughts?
Also, does anyone happen to know how bulky the chamois in Pearl Izumi's bike skort is? It's SOOO cute, but not listed under tri gear, which leads me to believe it might not be ideal for the run portion...

I have the PI bike skort from a year or two ago (looks the same). it has a one-layer fleece chamois. It would be fine for running, but I might be worried about how fast it would dry from the swim portion, as the fleece is "fleecier" than the fleece chamois you find in tri shorts (think regular fleece jacket vs berber fleece jacket). Also, the material that the skirt/shorts are made of is heavier -- which gives it a nice drape -- but most tri clothes are much thinner and again I'd be worried about drying time.

As for Skirtsports -- I have not seen their tri shorts in person, but I have a few of their skirts and tops and I would warn you that, while they *are* cute, the quality isn't anywhere close to, say, Sugoi or PI.

I got the Zoot Ultra shorts for my tris last year. I really liked them. I wore them for 4 tris - 2 sprints, an Olympic and a half Ironman. They held up well and I had no chafing. The Ultras dry really fast.

I'd like to get this year's version. I like the blue. But last year's hasn't worn out yet.

I also have a pair Zoot TRifit shorts. These are fine, but the pockets are not as well put together. They are mesh and my keys would poke out when I wore them for training runs. I didn't think I ever swam in them.

I've worn both pairs when I do spinervals videos at home. They are pretty comfy on the bike.
