    Pinarello Galileo. Opinions?

    Hi,
I have an opportunity to pick up a 2007 Pinarello Galileo for a pretty low price. This will be my first real road bike. Does anyone have any opinions on these bikes? If you have/had one what do you think of them? /some of the reviews I've read say they are "Heavy" but no one gives an estimate on what the weight is.
    Thanks

Pinarello is a respected brand. It's an aluminum bike, so I wouldn't really expect it to be overly heavy or overy light. Frankly, I would put weight as a more minor concern. Your primary concern is whether it fits you. What components does it have, how worn are they and how and has the bike been serviced? How does it ride? Do you like how you feel on it?

Thanks Indy- Those are all good things for me to keep in mind when I look at the bike tomorrow. It's a 54cm, so it might be too big for me. I'm going to have to be very careful not to make a decision based on the price, and how pretty she is. I'm not great at making on-the-spot decisions, which is what I'll have to do tomorrow, since I found the ad on CL, and it's 3 hours away from me.
