...to live in such a wonderful place. Here's a photo from yesterday's MTB ride. I love seeing photos of where people ride! Share yours please.

This is a view from the north side of Mt. Spokane in eastern Washington.

    the view

Ride pictures would be fun! My "training loop" in Upper Bucks County is mostly back roads through beautiful old farms and meadows. The open sky views are my reward for getting out there. Any gunk left in my soul that the exercise hasn't taken care of gets lost in the clouds.

Speaking of rides, today I fulfilled a summer goal - I rode 5 1/2 miles to my Iyengar yoga class, and made it back alive - a little shaky, but proud and wondering who it is I am turning in to. I'm beginning sink my teeth into some of our hills and dream of the day I carry less than 200 lbs up them. It just may happen!

    Hello!

    Thanks for sharing the picture!
I'm in agreement, it would truly be nice to share pics of rides!

Of course, that would mean I'd need to buy a new camera! lol!

    Enjoy the ride!

Not only can it happen - it will!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand, strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming: "Yeah Baby! What a Ride!"
